Improvements Are Coming to the Logos Forums!
Hello Logos Community!
I’m Jason Stone, Senior Community Manager at Logos. We’ve got some major updates rolling out to our forums in the coming weeks, and I’d like to give you a glimpse of what’s ahead.
We’ve been listening closely to your feedback and working behind the scenes to create a more efficient and user-friendly experience. These updates will make it easier for you to connect with fellow users, fully leverage our products, share your suggestions with us, and stay up to date with the latest company news.
What’s Changing?
Over the next few weeks, you’ll notice a significant transformation in our forums. While the design and capabilities will be enhanced, this is much more than just a facelift—we’re building a more powerful platform to serve you better. Here’s what you can expect:
- Improved Forums: We’re making it easier for you to engage with other Logos users, share insights on Bible study, product tips, and much more. Whether you’re a pastor, student, or layperson, we want to strengthen the sense of community that makes Logos so special. You can expect new features like user tagging, reaction options for posts, improved mobile usability, and more!
- A Space for Your Voice: We plan to integrate product feedback (from feedback.logos.com) into the forums! This new platform will make it easier to submit product suggestions and feedback, with the ability to upvote and comment, empowering you to play an active role in shaping the future of Logos.
- Search and Stay Informed: Whether it’s company announcements or product updates, we’ll make sure you have the latest information right at your fingertips. You’ll be able to search across forum posts, product suggestions, support articles, and release notes, and even subscribe to notifications in different categories.
- Access to Support Material: Finding help for Logos, Verbum, or Proclaim will be quicker and easier than ever. We’re consolidating support materials so you can find answers in one place, without needing to search across multiple platforms or contact support. And if you do need help, our team will still be here for you.
Brief Downtime Coming
As we finalize these changes, there will be a short period of downtime. We understand this might cause some inconvenience, but we’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way. We’ll provide updates both here on the forums and at status.faithlife.com.
If you need assistance during this brief downtime, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at logos.com/contact. We’ll be ready to assist with any urgent issues.
Looking Ahead
These updates are all about serving you better. We want to help you connect, learn, and grow with Logos more effectively than ever. Our community is built on a shared love for God’s Word and a passion for deepening our understanding through digital tools. These changes are designed to help you make the most of every product, resource, and feature we offer.
Thank you for being such an important part of this community and for helping us make it even better. I can’t wait for you to experience the improvements ahead. Let’s keep growing, learning, and sharing together!
Stay tuned for more updates—and thank you for your continued support!
Best regards,
Jason Stone

Thanks Jason this is good news. I use to post more often on the forums but dropped off for a bit. glad to see it getting some "love" and am excited about the coming enhancements. Since I have been using Logos since the Pastor's Library days and Libronix so the future looks bright.
Thanks again and blessings to you and the Logos Team

Glad to hear the FL hasn't turned a deaf ear to its users. Not that it had before, but it's nice for us to hear that from the horse's mouth again. Way to go!

Will we be losing all previous discussions when the new software appears? Or will all these old conversations be integrated and grandfathered in somehow?

Great questions, Ben! The Logos community has been at it for years and that context is invaluable so our plan is to move all of the content from community.logos.com and feedback.logos.com into our new community platform.

Thanks for keeping us updated Jason. I sure do miss the circle but I’ll try to keep up on things as Faithlife keeps improving. He did a great job there and I’m sure you’ll do a great job where the Lord has placed you.

I'd like to see a better filtering system. Also I can find my own content better. Or the content from a specific other user.
Also if I'm in General only find in General not everywhere. BTW the same in Logos. Means if I'm on the front page then search overall. If I'm in a subforum then only there.
Dark Mode please.

You may already know, but if you click a user's post count, you can see all of their posts and search within them, including your own. Here is a search for your posts with the phrase "own content" in the General forum. https://community.logos.com/search/SearchResults.aspx?q=%22own+content%22&u=138679&s=77&o=DateDescending

So we can expect the new Logos after the 10th October, not before. You wouldn't want to release it till after the new forums are up and running one would think.

Please continue to support RSS. I would likely stop reading the forums regularly if I can't read them in my RSS reader.

Jason, similarly, I have been using the send-to-email function all these years as my way of keeping up with the forum posts. Will I still be able to do that?

I hope the "improved mobile" is full mobile compatible functioning. It's been a LONG time coming. Also hope that there is a significant improving relating to the ability to filter out sub-forums I have no interest in seeing or reading.
Those two improvements would be outstanding!

I'm very pleased to see this evolution and to know that users are being listened to. This is fundamental for the future. Thank you!

Paul, there are RSS capabilities built into the new system and we hope that will be sufficient for your needs. I am making a note to follow-up on the ability for community members to subscribe to particular categories.

Just to clarify, do you mean email notifications concerning thread correspondence? If so, yes! If not, please provide me a bit more context.

Frank, thank you for taking a moment to drop a note. Those are solid concerns and in consideration of those points I think you will be pleased with the new platform!

I just hope it's faster. I don't even know how or why I've managed to keep up with all the reading when it takes s-o-o-o-o incredibly l-o-n-n-n-n-g to load a page, and I'm just on the free version anyway. I guess you folk are just scintillatingly enticing!

please provide me a bit more context.
Actually, I was referring to the Fourm Subscriptions feature (below). Yes, subscribing sent every post to my inbox, but this is how I have kept up with forum activity (and archiving helpful posts).
