Confirmed. I don't have the screen "bounce up", but I cannot get to the bottom of the list. Don't know that logs will help, but here they are :

Confirmed that Library bugginess reported in Logos 4.5b Beta 2 release on Mac => Logos 4.5b Beta 2 - Library Prioritize Buggy still exists in Logos 4.5b RC 2 release.
Puzzled by Logos 4.5b on Mac penchant to sync many library priorities when scrolling while not changing any prioritization order (also sends a delay to Logos 4.5b on PC while syncing resource priorities that have not changed). [:S]
Also confirmed regression since Logos 4.5b Beta 4 to scroll to bottom of library priority list on Mac (over 10 prioritized resources in my Logos library cannot be seen on screen).
Logos 4.5b on Mac has some annoying regressions that would seem appropriate to fix before declaring a "Gold" release:
Library prioritization => Logos 4.5b Beta 2 - Library Prioritize Buggy
Highlighting Style Buttons => Bugs: Logos 4.5b Beta 7 Highlighting: Font Style Choices plus Bordering Lines

While we're on this subject. I've never been able to expand the width of the prioritization column which in many cases prevents me from seeing the number of volumes I may have in a certain prioritized series.
Is there a way the prioritization column can be given the ability to adjust width wise?

Updated => Feature Parity list:
Thread => Logos 4.5b Beta 2 - Library Prioritize Buggy has Logos 4.5c Beta 1 readability issue during initial quick scrolling, however, scrolling up and down causes prioritization list to refresh plus can scroll to last prioritized resource.
