To get up and running this morning, lets rename a folder. You will need internet access, as you will need to sign in afterwords.

Rename 'C:\Users\ecunningham\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Users' to something like 'C:\Users\ecunningham\AppData\Local\Proclaim\Users_old'

Restart Proclaim, it will think no one has ever signed in and should present you with the prompt to put your name & password in.

Please report back if that does not work and we can take the next step as there are more things we can try.

Glenn

That worked. I actually uninstalled, downloaded and reinstalled before you replied and was still getting the same error.

Thanks for the quick reply and help!

Eric-

Glad you got up and running! Can you zip up your 'Users_old' folder and email to proclaimdev@faithlife.com so I can take a look at your user database?

Glenn

Glenn,

I just sent it. Let me know if you don't get it.
