Luther’s Works on CD to my Mac:

I was given Luther’s works on cd as a gift a LONG time ago. I recently found the cd and would like to add it to my mac.
But, the cd doesn’t want to load. It was for a windows machine back then.

Is there any way for me to get this library onto my mac or am I out of luck?

I do have serial number and activation code that came with the cd.

Help please.
