On my old pc which was running b3 or b4 not sure help file had installed correctly and I was able to use. On new PC i started with an install of b5 and no help file. B6 has not resolved the problem. Help file is still no existent.
We've found the bug that prevents the help file being delivered to you, and the server team is currently working on fixing it.

I never had it, period, then learned it is par for the course in beta testing so I stopped expecting it. Now, I look forward to seeing it. I would think feedback from how users interact with the help file and its effects would also be of interest to Logos pre-release of L4.
I'm in desparate need of whatever the help offers even if it is incomplete. The software is in no way intuitative or straight foward to use for a non-mac / non-iphone / non-any mobile device beyond a simple phone user.
To clarify I had the help file from β1-β5 but it's not there in β6
No Help file with B7 Bradley so I take it the server team is still working on this issue ?

I've gotten the help file w/ Beta 8 in one installation today, but not in 2 others. Seems an odd mystery. The one I got was on a machine thaat I had not upgraded to Beta 8 unrtil today, if that makes any difference.
