Why is my desktop library different from my mobile app? Does anybody know why?

Trash can disappears
Sometimes when I highlight a text and then go back to remove the highlight the trash can icon is no longer there, why does that happen sometimes and other times it is there?

Exporting notes and highlights with citations

Accidentally deleted an anchor
I was trying to apply a common style to a group of notes and accidentally deleted the anchors for 10 of my notes. Nothing shows up in deleted. Is there a way to get them back? I tried Undo but it didn't appear to change anything.

I have already subscribed to the annual subscription. In order to own the features (apart from those online resources) I wanted to pay the subscription payment for the next year, but I was told that it is only to keep you as a subscriber.
