Proclaim has stopped working
I tried to log in to proclaim today and when it gets to the updating licences section it freezes and Windows is giving me an error message that proclaim has stopped working. Can someone help?

Error uploading sermon recording
Hi there, I am continually getting upload errors when proclaim is publishing my sermon recordings. I have been able to publish a test recording from my home computer, but it is not uploading the full sermon file from the church. The error displays when it is in the 80%'s. Using Background Audio (on a video)
Is it just me or did something change? I thought that I used to be able to choose what audio played when I selected "use background audio" on a video that I insert into my order of service? I can select that option but I'm not seeing any way to choose an audio clip to add as my background audio.

Feature request: song highlighting
Would it be possible to have color coded highlighting for different sections of a song? For instance, when the user types "Verse" into the text box, that line could turn blue, and "Chorus" could be red. Anything like that would be helpful when editing songs.

Publishing Sermon Content
When recording sermons through Proclaim, and upon publishing the sermon to sound faith, I have noticed that the "on screen" bible verses publish very blurry and unreadable. Am I doing something wrong, or do we need to eliminate this element prior to publishing?

Slow Downloads
Why does it take "forever" for an update to load? Also why does it take a reuse item so long to download? (like over an hour for one item to load). They used to just pop right in. I thought it was my home computer, but it is the same on the computer at the church.

One segment of a song is in red letters
In a song there is the list for verse, chorus, etc., below the title and above the lyrics. For some reason the end of one song we have is in the lyrics section and the the word end is in the list, but it is in red and that slide is not in the presentation. Any ideas?

Any Plans for a Proclaim Remote that Runs on Windows 10?
The Windows 10 2 in 1's are starting to look better and better. Rather than having to purchase an iPad and a laptop, with a 2 in 1 a person would only have to purchase one device. It would be great if Logos offered a Proclaim Remote APP at the Windows Store.

Unable to find files to merge
I attempted to go through the steps to publish our sermon today from a remote computer. I got the error message listed in the subject above. I have not gotten that before. Can someone please help me with it? I am able to access the sermon from the recording computer.

Can an audio file be edited after it is published? When I published the file it showed roughly 33 mins of content, but when I went to faith life, it consisted of 38 mins of content? I am guessing the first 5 mins came from a different recording attempt that I was unaware of.

When I insert a video and choose to not upload and do local it works great, if I use the same video and do upload, it uploads, then says transcoding and then the audio sounds like it lost a lot of quality? Any answers? This is an mp4 file ripped using handbrake at default settings.
