There seems to be an issue with the way Matt Chandler's book on marriage, "The mingling of souls" is licenced to us users. A current promotion for the book and a marriage convention offers the book for free for those who join the respective Faithlife group.
In this group, some people complain that they have no access to the book. I found my personal situation to be a bit more complex than that, so I want to describe it in more details, hoping this allows someone (e.g. Jim Straatman) to fix that for all of us.
Clicking through the reading plan from the Faithlife group website opens (of course) bible.faithlife.com - and I do have access to the book here:

as well as in app.logos.com

or in biblia.com.
However, the book is not in my library on Logos.com

Trying to do the reading from there fails, which (despite the misleasing wording of the tab message) simply confirms it's not there - and it doesn't appear upon restarting Logos, using the "update now" or even the "update resources" commands.

Following the "no license tab" link to logos.com leads to the Vyrso page of the book which shows that I do own it, (even though there's no entry in the order history of either Vyrso or Logos - but this is not necessary for a book to be licensed)
This looks just like the reverse of a book not licensed for mobile/web but may mean that the file simply is not on your download server (but on the server that services the web access)
