uninstalling/reinstalling logos 4

I had attempted to put LOGOS 4 on my parents computer. There's is newer than mine so I doubt that is the issue. But , I was unable to get it registered in the 45 day window. Now that I have the computer in front of me and can do the whole process, it seems that whenever I "apparently" remove the Logos 4 program from their computer it does not come off. I go through the whole uninstall process, and it looks like its gone. But, whenever I run the installation disc, and go to register it, I get a "0 days and 0 hrs remaining" and am unable to do anything. Someone please help.

I suspect this required intervention on the part of Logos. Call or email customer service.

James, this will fall outside the licensing guidelines if you are using your license to install on your parent's computer.
If it is a separate license belonging to your parents, then customer service should be able to assist you.

Please see Bob Pritchett's post on use at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/341/3265.aspx#3265 and determine from what he has said if you think this installation fits the permitted use.

I understood it the way that James wants to use Logos on his parents computer. I might be wrong.
