How can I display a Personal Book created on my desktop in the mobile app?
An option is exporting (OR printing) Personal Book docx as a PDF for viewing on mobile device using a different app.

I am not sure what benefit there is to doing this... Since the origin files are .docx files, you can simply use those on your mobile device.

For clarification: They are not viewable in the logos mobile app. They would be viewable in whatever app you use to view .docx (word) or .pdf files on mobile.
From WORD or what ever program you use to create your DOCX files save the file as a .PDF file.
Then transfer that .PDF file to your mobile device and use what ever program that you use to read PDF files.
There is no way to import the PBB file to something that the mobile device will read with in any of the FL products.
FL once did a scan of all of the PBB files uploaded to their servers and found many copies of the same lifted copyrighted files. [In direct competition to FL and putting FL in legal jeopardy for having illegal copyrighted files on their servers.] So FL stopped all plans to move PBB to mobile devices.
