    I see, thanks @bradley-grainger  for clarifying. I purchased all content I needed from Logos to aid reading scripture in original languages so I don't think I need a subscription to be honest (since I don't need more content - or what I might occasionally need is probably in the highest tier), but I totally understand you guys need to generate revenue in order to go on. :)

    However without subscription the app now does not show the "You need to restart" message like it did in earlier versions when the system is toggling dark mode - maybe you should add that notification back and mention that for automatic switch one needs to subscribe. In its current state the app simply gives the impression that it is broken - which is somewhat off-putting to would-be subscribers (but of course requiring a subscription for a dark-mode switch, which is arguably a basic system feature, might also be somewhat off-putting).
