Please create a Reverse Interlinear for the Peshitta as has been done for the LXX. It would enhance the Syriac capabilities greatly and put Logos at the forefront of Eastern Catholic/Orthodox studies -- an area scholars such as Brock have popularized.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Is morph-tagging and lemmatisation part of this? (else we should make a post for that)

@tobias-gerbothe-39 yes, morphology and lemmatization are essential elements of a reverse interlinear.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

  • I'd be happy to help with this if that is possible?

Yes! I love working with early translations, and the Peshitta is a great tool. I would greatly appreciate an interlinear.

I'd like to see this also.

"Ever learning and always adding to my knowledge of the Truth"
"Worship God for who he is;  Praise God for what he has done."
