Guides: Add Sort Option 'By Year' to Commentaries and Collections

Journals in the Guides can be sorted 'By Year'. Add this option also to the Sections for Commentaries and Collections.

This will allow us to research more efficiently:
1) by quickly accessing the most recent resource
2) by quickly tracing an argument through secondary literature.
