Add dataset documentation to Factbook

Create Factbook pages that overview the various Logos datasets, what they include, and what they're used for.
More complex datasets might still have a separate dataset documentation resource, to capture more details and make it easier to cite information for academic purposes. In such cases, the Factbook page should link to the dataset documentation.
