Notes Display the Verse of All Highlight/Note Anchors

Currently, there are two ways to anchor a highlight or note. See image.

TYPE 1: Linked to a Bible version
+Shows the verse of the Bible version highlighted.
-Highlight/Note doesn't show up on all Bible versions.

Type 2: Not linked to a Bible version
+Shows up in every Bible version.
-It does not show the verse in the Notes section.

PROBLEM:
With anchor type 2 we are not able to see verses unless we click/hover over each one. This is especially problematic on Mobile since there is no hovering feature.

REQUESTED CHANGE:
If users choose to anchor a verse without a specified version, it should show in the note using the user's preferred Bible translation.

I think the idea here is helpful. I'm not sure how this would work when the anchor is a paragraph, chapter, or book. I wouldn't want all of that to appear. This is similar to the Passage List toggles. Perhaps the anchor could be toggled on and off, and if it is on then it would show just the first X characters or lines of the referent text in the user's default language.

I'd also love to see toggle options for anchored refs. Perhaps 1. Ref only, 2. Concise/minimal (if long) 3. Verbose/full.
