Update bibliography tool to include Turabian 9th edition formatting.

    Logos already includes the "Author-Date" variant of Turabian 9th Edition (available in Program Settings, which is intended for in-text citations. https://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/turabian/turabian-author-date-citation-quick-guide.html

    Vote for this suggestion to add the "Notes and Bibliography" version of Turabian 9th Ed. (for footnotes), which is now available in CSL.

    I really hope they get this in for Logos. I have it in Zotero, which I generally use for my lengthier writings. Logos would be greatly preferential for all the other writing I do.
