Improved Reading Plan Generation

Allow ability to read a book by chapter or subchapter/section (or two chapters, etc.) so that a reading is not divided at odd points, like in the middle of a paragraph.

    This is available for monographs but should be made available to the resource types that are specializations of monographs e.g. biographies, church history ...

    Has this been added to the reading plans? 
    Another suggestions could be:
    - Add from other Logos sources like Notes or a Sermons.
    - Able to add link for websites with articules or even video related to your reading outside Logos. 
    - Change different bible translations during the plan. 
    - Edit available plans to customize it.
