Printing in Dark Mode

I love dark mode, but when I print, the page is in dark mode. I doubt most people want this functionality. Is there a setting to change printing preference?

This is still broken in 9.8. Apparently there is an open issue for this, but there has been no movement in almost a year. And only 9 people want it fixed?
