New Labels note type

Please add a new note type for Labels, which would allow us to more easily find notes that are labels applied to resource text. These are currently classified as highlights, but they're really distinct from highlights.

    I would also like to see FL provide some labels e.g. the sermon label as the user needs it to tag Text Creation products.

    @mjespuiva-86 I agree we should build our own labels into the system, so users can extend them without having to recreate them from scratch. I added that as a separate suggestion: https://feedback.logos.com/boards/logos-desktop-app/posts/192.
