Sermon Builder: Add Field Allowing Links

Please add a field in Sermon Manager to allow hyperlinks to other resources. Would be VERY Help to link Sermon sermon to video file of sermon once recorded for record keeping and easy finding.

@Rodney, this was in the original spec, but it didn't make the first version. We'd definitely like to add some more fields like this. I'm not sure of the ETA, but I'll check with the team again. cc: @Austin Bush

this is available in Sermon Manager today using the 'Links' functionality
