Add a built-in footnotes to Notes tool

The Notes tool needs a native footnotes function that will automatically track footnotes numbers, especially since Logos automatically adds footnote citations in applications such as Microsoft Word.

We need the ability to add footnotes/ends in the Notes tool. When we write notes and reference a book, especially one not in the Logos library, the ability to add a footnote is essential.
