Add Bookstore guide section to Theology Guide

There are a number of theological monographs that address only single LSTO topic.

We should expose these titles in the Theology Guide in a "Resources" section by searching the users library for titles annotated with subject references that equal the topic being searched.

The Notes function offer the option to group notes into Notebooks. This would be a good feature to add to Bible Study documents to group/organise them. The tags function in Bible study builder is not represented in the document search which minimises the usefulness of tags in Bible study documents. Thank you.
