Possible Confidence Monitor enhancement

Would it be possible to change the background color on the confidence monitor to let the presenters know there may be an issue or activity.
I.e.
Black background - normal
Blue - Medical issue in progress
Red - Security issue in progress
Green - Issues cleared

and any other possible issues colors that may be reported by an emergency team to help make the presenters aware in case action is needed.
