Themes: Color Theme for visually impaired, high contrast

As a blind user, it would be really helpful if the dark background was actually black, using white lettering. Right now, it is a dark grey, and not high contrast. Please allow this as a theme selection.

    @David Vezina  Unfortunately, this isn't this issue (at least for me), as I have to have the screen bright in order for my retina to pick up any light.  I can tell, though, that the background is not actually black (behind the text I'm reading), because the borders of some windows and the tabs are actually black and are darker than the background to the actual text itself.
