Add Factbook visual filter to resources

Please add a Factbook visual filter to resources, that allows us to turn on hyperlinks and info popups / page previews for Factbook pages.

I would be more strongly in favor of this if we, as users, had more control over the contents of Factbook e.g. Talmudic rabbis, unnamed individuals who are actors in Biblical Events not simply spectators, . . .
