Initial Install: Have an option to do Minimal download

I have a moderate-sized library, and needed to install on my laptop for school. The trouble is I'm on a mobile hotspot and data is limited.
Because of the automated options and the size of my library, I only had the options for Full Install (16.6GB) and "Quick" Install (16.3GB).
Can there please be more options at the initial download screen, or an ability to just download the app and download resources as needed?

Agreed, I would like to install just the software and choose only what I need to download and index.0
