sermon builder insert text mistakes

I love the feature in Sermon Builder where I can type a scripture reference and hit "tab" or "enter" and have the bible passage instantly inserted but I have noticed two problems.
1. In Old Testament passages LORD becomes Lord.
2. About 25% of the time when I hit "tab" after a bible reference, the preceding sentence will be duplicated and the bible passage is inserted twice - this seems to be a new issue, I have only noticed it the last few weeks
