add a note glitch

I write notes all day in Logos. Logos, ever helpful, will list 5 notebooks to choose from to add the note to. Unfortunately, the suggested notebooks, more often than not, are not even my notebooks. They are community notebooks that I cannot edit. So when Logos could save me time, because of a glitch, I lose time. The bigger questions are: am I the only person who has this problem? Did this problem just start now with me? Or is this a problem that has existed forever that doesn't get corrected?
