Importing notes from Other Bible Software desperately needed

Dear Logos Management,
I have just found out at present that there is no capability for a new Logos customer (like myself, who has just spent nearly $3000 on Logos books and software) to import their Bible *NOTES* from their previous Bible software platform as *NOTES* in Logos, attached to the same Bible verses that they were attached to before. I am coming from Laridian's PocketBible platform for nearly 20 years. PocketBible is one of the oldest and leading Bible software platforms in the world.
It boggles my mind why Logos isn't supporting this. A customer's *NOTES* are extremely valuable to them. In my case, it represents over 20 years of diligent Bible study. I would think that the ability to import Bible *NOTES* as *NOTES* into Logos (associated with the same verses) would be a fundamental capability of Logos. It should be. It helps to lower the barrier of someone coming from a competitor's Bible software and in it helps to onboard new customers and welcome them.
I'm disappointed that this is not a priority with Logos. I trust that you will do everything you can to be more welcoming to customers who have come from other platforms and, like myself, have many hundreds of their own Bible notes that they don't want stranded from the biblical texts to which they belong.
I have been told that I can import these as a "personal doc" in Logos. I have done that and that is NOT what I am asking for. We are talking about importing Bible *NOTES* from another Bible platform as *NOTES* associated with the same verses in Logos.
I do you hope you will make this matter a top priority. This will demonstrate to me that Logos is working on being a more welcoming company to customers coming from other Bible software platforms.
Without this core, essential and basic functionality, at this time you are not.
I trust that changes soon, and this functionality is finally granted us.
Thank you,
Mark
