Tab through reference footnotes

When you click on a refrence footnote, a popup comes up to show all the links for each reference. When youu click on one of the links it opens up the passage and the option to go to that passage. But, if you wanted to look at the other reference links, you have to close the popup and click on the footnote link again. Being able to tab through the reference links would be a great way to compare the reference links in line.
