Update Thematic Outlines guide section to include parallel passages

The Thematic Outlines guide section pulls information from the Dictionary of Bible Themes (DBT). However, when a verse listed in the DBT also has parallel passages listed with it, those parallel passages aren't showing in the Thematic Outlines guide section.
Please include the parallel passages from the DBT in the Thematic Outlines guide section so that we can copy all of the relevant verses to a passage list or Word document from the guide section rather than having to open the dictionary.
