    They used to sell this, but it was withdrawn by the publisher due to allegations of plagiarism. Some of us who owned it before still have it, but others took the option to get a full refund and returned it. For anyone who still owns it, it should not be used for academic work. Faithlife is not likely to ever sell it again, so don't get your hopes up.
