Resource View: Indicate current location in Table of Contents

The Table of Contents is really good for navigating through a resource. I like that you can easily delve down through the various levels of chapters, sections and subsections.
However, I would like it to highlight my current location as well. That would help me keep track of my current progress. I usually read a lot of books at the same time, so I often wonder what chapter I am on and right now I find it a bit hard to find out.
