BUG: Factbook tag for ANDERSON, BERNHARD WORD

I've been adding Factbook tags to the annotated index of names in Morgan, Robert, and John Barton. Biblical Interpretation. Edited by Peter R. Ackroyd and Graham N. Stanton. The Oxford Bible Series. Oxford; New York: Oxford University Press, 1988.

Things were behaving as expected until I hit Bernhard W. Anderson. I have linked and unlinked it three times. It consistently would not show a preview on hover nor open Factbook when clicked. However, the right click menu shows the link. All other links I've add show a preview and open Factbook when clicked.

    This is due to a change in how we return people with virtually empty Factbook pages. We leaned too hard in silencing these pages and are already in the process of undoing this behavior so authors/people get better results.
