How do i slow the auto scrolling ?

When i am selecting a word or section in the dictionary, (1828 Websters ADEL) when i go past the bottom of the page it scrolls way too fast and i always grossly overshoot what i want to select. Is there a Preference to select the scroll speed ?

What device are you on? There is not a preference to select the scroll speed, but if you are using a device with a mouse, the scroll wheel may provide the functionality you desire.
