How do you print out a Reading Plan?

Restarting a Bible Reading plan?? How to?
I have a Bible reading plan I like that is about to be completed. Instead of creating a new one, is there an easy way I can reset this one to start over from the beginning? Thanks!
How To Properly Construct This Syntax Search
After reading Philippians 1:1, I was curious to find out how many times δοῦλος was used appositionally in the New Testament. I did the Syntax Search seen in the image but there are results missing such as James 1:1. How do I construct a better syntax query to get every instance to show up in my search.

Probably a dumb question, but is there any difference in pre-pub/pre-order pricing for subscribers and non-subscribers, or does everyone receive the same price (with the exception of pre-pubs/pre-orders which qualify for dynamic pricing since those are custom)? Thanks!
