Downloads that are required for a section to return results

We are getting more questions of the type "why do I get no results in section x" to which the answer is "resource y" must be downloaded. Please provide a list of such requirements either in the Help file or as a list we can incorporate into the wiki.
I would give extra points for a similar list of required datasets matched to their sections.
