The Bible Study Builder Won't Open on My Mobile App
The Bible Study Builder works great on on the Desktop app and the Web app. I can work on a Bible Study, save it, and then open it up under the Documents tab, in the Desktop and Web apps, but when I try to open a Bible Study on my Mobile app, the screen stays blank. I have the show notes turned on on the Mobile app. I have the Premium subscription. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

Can you let us know which mobile app you are using? I just tried both the Bible Study Builder and then accessing a Bible Study via the Bible Study in Documents on the Android app without a blank screen.

Hello Frank, thank you for your quick reply. I was having problems with both the Bible Study Builder and accessing the Bible Study under the Documents tab. However, my issue was resolved when I updated my Mobile app to the latest version. I can now access existing Bible Studies under the Documents tab and start new Bible Studies under the Tools tab. It works flawlessly after the update. Thank you again!
