My new MacBook will not recognize my Proclaim subscription.

Hello, I recently got a new M3 Pro (currently running Sequoia 15.3.1) and after downloading Proclaim and trying to log in, I keep being re-routed to the purchase subscription dialog box. Our church account is currently paid up, but it's like Proclaim thinks we haven't paid. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software several times. Nothing seems to work. Hoping someone can help….see below.

Can you click "Use with watermarks" and then click "teams" and see if your profile is properly connected to the church account?

When I click on manage team members…this. Does seem like somethings is not right…

If you click "More teams" is BIMI Group an option? It doesn't look like your account is recognizing the presentation group. Assuming you are using the same account as your Logos account, if it is not under more teams, I think you need to email customer service.
