Control folders in favorites

Every time I open favorites, 2 of the many folders there are open. I contacted logos support and they told me that they are all supposed to be open by default. However, for me they are not all open, only two of them are. I would love for it to open where I left off, but would be more than happy if they simply defaulted to closed so that I didn't have to sort through everything there every time I want to look in my favorites.
