trying to replicate the attached file samples - over 4 hours on the phone with support - they say it can't be done. can it? Thx! :)
Let me know if this doesn't answer your question:
Another option is Word macro modification to add desired spacing for printing:
Keep Smiling 😊
Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you, @Marc White. Things have been crazy and I knew I would need a few minutes of concentration to solve your problem. Hopefully, having the solution will make up for the delay.
First, use convert to text as you have been (I am just including screenshots in case someone else stumbles on this thread later)
Select "other" as the reverse delimiter and pick some symbol. I am using a # sign just to reassure myself that this will not accidentally turn up in the biblical text.
Now it is back to our old friend, find and replace. In the find box, put ^p# to find a paragraph followed by a pound sign. Then put ^t in the replace box to add a tab. You can also leave this blank. I am not sure what your macro is looking for, so you might need to play with that part. You don't need any of the things in advanced checked for this search.
Voila!
Hi @Marc White - and welcome to the forums
I'm afraid I can't work out from those documents what you are trying to do that you can't.
Please clarify, ideally with some screenshots (not Word documents) and a brief problem description
Graham
Graham, I was answering with pics and text and the program abruptly here said it needed to review "security" internally and cut me off. hopefully, they'll respond soon.
Marc
@Jason Stone (Logos) it seems @Marc White is experiencing difficulty with the community platform.
Graham - I can also send you these short vid screen capture - which might be easier. M

Sorry but the video clip didn't seem to show any problem either.
I've verified the community account for @Marc White — please communicate if any security issues persists.
Is your problem formatting the Copy Bible Verse tool to look like your sample?
If so, select your current format, and it will open a window that will let you choose "Create a New Style" at the bottom left.
Please copy and paste this text into the box and name it whatever you like. Save it, and you will be able to use it for copying verses:
%NoCharFormatting
%NoRedLetter
%NoFootnotes
%NoCitation
=ForEachVerse

[FullVerseRef] [VerseText]

You can open this window by pressing CTRL+ALT+B.
Brother Graham - the vid was juts a sample to see if it would be sent. I'll post a more complete one soon! thx.
Justin - thx, the copy paste works fine.
Brethren and Graham - thx for the help. here's the vid screen capture that describes the problem and the goal! Blessings today in Him…

The brother Justin! looking at the video now…really appreciate your time and expertise…I think you have way more books than me it appears. Ha! Good job. :)

My guess is that because you don't own the reverse interlinear dataset for the NASB95, there are effectively no Greek lemmas in that book, and therefore nothing is being suggested. Can you try doing the same thing but searching the ESV?
Andrew - great suggestion. that's it. esv showed them. the suggested dataset from Lockman in Logos, is it for each version like NASB20 too? how much does it cost if you know?
The reverse interlinear datasets are purchased separately for different Bibles.
Here is the product page for the reverse interlinear dataset for the NASB95: https://www.logos.com/product/145180/the-new-american-standard-bible-nasb-95-reverse-interlinears-set
Also, I believe if you click the Aleph/Omega button in the NASB95 panel toolbar you'll be given a mechanism to purchase the reverse interlinear dataset.
thx Andrew. i also searched for the nasb 20 and returned no results - did I do something wrong?
Here are the reverse interlinears for NASB20: https://www.logos.com/product/209909/the-new-american-standard-bible-2020-update-nasb-reverse-interlinear
Note that these are also available as part of the Premium level or higher subscription plans.
thx again Andrew…
Hello Justin and the crew…one final problem! it might be Word…thx!

Suspect Word macro is changing paragraph properties. Hence Bible reference in a "narrow" column becomes vertical text.
Table idea in Word is inserting three columns: left, middle, and right. Left & Right columns have desired margin width for printing. Center column has desired gap between Bible reference and text.
Hello Keep Smiling — indeed. the macro works well w/o any columns with our past work!
Justin - did u c this latest vid on the remaining problem? thx!
Perhaps my new message is not getting thru here!
I will "mention" @Keep Smiling 4 Jesus :) just in case that may help.
@Jason Stone (Logos) March 27 I will "mention" @Keep Smiling 4 Jesus :) just in case that may help.
I will "mention"
just in case that may help.
My Notifications showed "mention" 😊
For @Marc White ⇒ Microsoft Support has an article: Add a cell, row, or column to a table in Word
Instead of running macro to change paragraph formats in columns, try adding columns (on left & right) for desired blank space for printing.
thx - not trying to chg the column - but to do away with it to emulate my Word Search protocol…
Brother Justin - you're a Word doc genius! worked great…thx again!
Previous years I've used the LOGOS application on my PC to retrieve the Standard Lesson Commentary through the LOGOS application. I've updated my application using the LOGOS basic library code but I am unable to retrieve the Standard Lesson Commentary 2025-2026. I've searched it an it does not appear. What has changed?

Is there a way I can do a precise search for whenever one of the Apostles speaks, similar to Speaker:Jesus? I want to use it in a visual filter, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it. I did see a search term Speaker:"An Apostle", which is designated 'A person', yet search results return only Jude 18! Not sure if that…
I know that I can "tab" after typing a reference and it will automatically populate the verse. I know I can also do "alt + return" and put it in paragraph form. Unfortunately, the paragraph form does not include the numbers for the verses, so I can't easily refer back to an individual verse within the bulk paragraph. Is…
