Michael Gorman's commentary on 1 Corinthians was released on March 6. Originally, the pre-pub was set to ship on that date (i.e. a "same-day release").
It was then pushed back to March 27 (today).
Now it is showing as "in production" with no date.
This one was meant to release yesterday too.

Rarely do we get an explanaiton, until a book is released the date is speculative, never bank on a book for an assignment or sermon being out on the release date given.
I think this one stayed back to catch my attention. Thanks!
I had Dr Gorman as a professor in seminary. He is excellent. I buy every book of his that I see!
Indeed, I don't ever bank on a release date for pre-pubs for assignments/work. It has been, however, rather disappointing to see titles that have historically been plugged as same-day releases being bumped multiple times, and releasing weeks or months later.
It's mostly just a frustration of "don't overpromise, and underdeliver." If it won't be released same-day, don't claim it will be.
Could someone please share a couple of screenshots of what this resource looks like on mobile? Ideally android tablet… On the desktop it says when a word it shows the English but I’m wondering how that appears on the mobile app thanks
I have been listening to PD201 as it's included in this quarters courses. So far I have been enjoying it - lots of practical and useful info. But I came across something he said that I can't seem to verify and I was curious if anyone else here might know. In Segment 29 on Ascetics, the instructor Gary Thomas says this…
In the Lexham English Bible at Revelation 13:8 is this text: “…everyone whose name is not written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slaughtered.” Almost all English translations from the 20th century or later seem to agree that phrase “from the foundation of the world” modify…
I noticed in the Lexham English Bible translation of Revelation 3:3, “If therefore you are not on the alert” from “ἐὰν οὖν μὴ γρηγορήσῃς”. Should that not be “if therefore you not be on the alert”? As “γρηγορήσῃς” is subjunctive, no?
