This series is missing Luke, Ephesians and Galatians. Does anybody know if they are available. I cant find them.

I am a Logos 10 full-feature user. I just purchased the Metzger/deSilva book and study guide for Breaking the Code Revised Edition: Understanding the Book of Revelation. The description says it includes a DVD by deSilva. How do I access it on my desktop app?
This book is not available in my country for Logos, but I can get the physical hard copy at my bookstore. Is there any way to get around this restriction.
