Bible and Spade Magazine - request to be able to purchase individual volumes

Is there any reason why most of the volumes are only purchasable in a larger collection? Could this be changed?

Many of the "newer" volumes are $2.95, but are only available in a huge journal collection.

(I say "newer" but the latest is still 10 years old - would love to see newer editions).

How do I create a personal book Saints resource card?
I am reformatting a calendar of saints for use on Logos. I am able to get it to work as a calendar devotion on the dashboard. But what I would really like to do is have it be a Saints resource card that I can pout on the dashboard.
