Sending midi out from proclaim

Hello there, we are attempting to simplify running tracks, cmg and dmx lighting. We've created simple video split tracks with click and guide in our left stereo channel and the mono stems mixed in our right channel that we play through proclaim and mix accordingly. That takes care of lyrics and cmg (video) and stems (the video's audio). Now we want to add dmx lighting.
Google searches say it's possible to send multiple timed midi output triggers to a local midi network during a video slide but we need help figuring out if it's true and if so, how to do so efficiently.
Logistics;
Proclaim Machine: Intel 27" iMac
Lighting Machine: Windows 10 Pro Dell mini pc running Chauvet ShowXpress
We haven't hooked the PC to the network yet but all other production Mac's are connected hardline via an ethernet switch.

After some more research we did find the midi out function under the "Signals" tab on each slide. But nothing to indicate a "timecode" type layout, we wanted this ability within Proclaim as we'd rather buiuld shorter more common scenes in our DMX software. However since we are using premade videos of a finite length/format we're thinking we can just make our single lighting scene a multi step scene that is designed on a time-based level for section changes and band hits, tailored to each song we have a video for.
We however just upgraded to fiber internet and they didn't install the router near our booth so we'll have to run a fiber extension to our booth so we can make a LAN/Lighting Network again before trying all of these ideas. Will keep you updated and if it works we'll make a video because this concept should work for all modern presentation and lighting softwares!
To recap
- Create LAN between all machines
- Create DMX network
- Create scenes in your lighting software of choice that are timed to your lyric video split tracks.
- Assign a MIDI note and velocity to that songs scene
- Connect both computers to the DMX Network
- Assign a light Signal for that video slide and choose the corrosponding MIDI info.
Wish us luck!
