How to add RightNow media videos to Proclaim?

I have attempted to include a RightNow Media video into a Proclaim slideshow. I signed into my RightNow Media account, copied the video url, then added it to a Web Page slide in Proclaim. However, when clicking on the that slide in Proclaim, the RightNow Media Login page pops up and I cannot access the Login page through Proclaim in order to log in and see the video. In researching the Community Posts, the same issue was brought up in a question in 2013 and it was suggested to the questioner that he go off-air, then back on-air, but is was unclear how that would help if you can't log in to your RightNow Media account through Proclaim. Have there been any updates on this issue or any suggestions how to access the RightNow Media login page through Proclaim in order to show their videos?

This is a workaround, not a solution: We always download YouTube videos ahead of time so that we can play them from a local drive instead of relying on our internet connection that has sometimes been slow. We use 4K Video Downloader for this. I haven't tried it with RightNow media but I assume it would work the same as YouTube.

How can I get all the slides in Pre-Service loop to use global countdown clock settings?
For some reason not all my slide will use the global settings. I have the countdown clock set for the bottom right, but most of the slides it show up on the bottom left. I've tried turning that setting off for each slide as well as updating the global settings to no avail.
Lyric segments
I've imported a song (This is Our God - Phil Wickham) that has several headings like Intro, Verse 1, Chorus, Outro, Turnaround. All of these heading are available in the sequence box above the lyrics, except "Turnaround". Why is that one missing? How can I force Proclaim to recognize it as a heading?
