Missing/dead links interim improvement

On a frequent basis there is a forum thread on the issue of links resulting in a debate on links to different editions of the work. I suggest the following to minimize this reoccurring debate.
- Exclude milestone references and bibliographic references.
- If the user owns the edition referred to in the link, links as usual.
- If the user owns no edition of the resource referred to in the link, the link continues to do nothing.
- If the user owns a different edition of the resource (a) based on a global setting in program settings (b) opens the highest priority edition owned by the user to the title page and displayed a message giving the original reference - resource and page
Yes, I am aware the library does not yet carry the appropriate information for recognizing all editions of the same work especially if hidden in an anthology.

I asked some time ago to add RGG4 links to the timeline. The same for Lexikon der Kirchengeschichte.
I'd like to see Vieweger and Zenger with links.
I hoped Theo-Drama would have links to the poetic works included in Logos, but it hasn't.
Even Denzinger isn't fully linked, e.g. not for the Vatican II.
Baum's Einleitung, Stemberger, Benedict XVI's Jesus, Fiedrowicz and Müller's Dogmatik are lacking sufficient linking.
Someone else proposed having links in footnotes.

The book for sale mentioned here is very inconsistent with linking to other Logos resources; I don't add all the instances, only these:

Thanks for letting us know. Are you able to report it as a bug?

Are you able to report it as a bug?
Theoretically, but for now I'm busy with something else. Maybe later.

Casses that are inconsistent as in Augustine Confessions should be reported as a typo - something in the reference caused it to not be recognized.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

How that? I can't mark a passage in footnotes (on Desktop).

Select the footnote indicator in the text
