Trying to understand "insights"

I just upgraded to Logos Max.
And watching the video of the "New" features.
From what I understand, when I use "Insights" and the screen beside it populates with a suggestion, clicking on it opens up the other source, but not in a split window; it opens up as another Tab.

I cannot see the 2 sources side by side, as I understand it is supposed to.

I am sure it's an issue on my end, but I would appreciate any assistance.

Assuming that your question concerns the desktop version, Insights opens as a panel within a Bible window. You can view and read to a certain point within the panel or click on links to open new windows for a fuller view of content from other resources such as commentaries or a study Bible. So, the panel is in the same window as the Bible but the resources you click on in the panel open in their own windows.

Yes, I am using the MAC Desktop version.

I added a screenshot from the training video, which shows that after you click the resource on the right side, it will open in a new window beside the window you were using.

This is what I am trying to do.

(Maybe that makes my question a little clearer)

Are you clicking on the title of the resource you want to open from the Insights panel?

Here is an example:
When I want to look at resouirce for the word "Stronger" an option is "A critical and exegetical commentary.."
When I click that resources title, it opens the resource but not side by side like the video says it should (and more convenient)

Where it opens depends on the layout you start from. If your Bible window is half of the application window, the insight resource will open in the other half. If it fills the application window like in your screenshot, the insight resource opens in the same format as well. If you use another layout, it will seek to place the opened resource in one of the available areas of the layout.
