The articles in this are informative and concise. It is about HOW the Bible has been interpreted. Articles even include entries discussing how ANE writings were interpreted anciently. It draws a distinction between apocalypse and apocalyptic, which I have never encountered before. Jewish interpretation methods are covered. How each individual book of the Bible has been interpreted is covered. Contributors include (partial list): Philip S. Alexander, G. W. Anderson, Graeme Auld, Margaret Barker, John Barton, Raymond E. Brown, Henry Chadwick, R. E. Clements, David J. A. Clines, Dan Cohn-Sherbok, Margaret Davies, Philip R. Davies, John Day, John Drury, James D. G. Dunn, Joseph A. Fitzmyer, John Goldengay, Lester L. Grabbe, Morna D. Hooker, William Johnstone, Howard Clark Kee, Hyam Maccoby, and many others. Mostly a British work, it has some articles on Catholicism, and some Catholic contributors (Brown & Fitzmyer above, for instance). I'm reading through my hard copy, and still in the A's, I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Definitely should be available in Logos (and Verbum).
