I would like to be able to sort Anchors in the note file by personal preferences by dragging an anchor up or down to reorder. i use a parent and children layout to understand biblical Precepts. sometimes i need to move a verse up or down to change precept order. sometimes you want to insert a child in the middle of a large chain which requires constant deletion and insertions.
